1. Scope of Services
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website https://iflowki.com, as well as the automation workflows, software integrations, and conversational messaging services operated by iFlowki ("we", "us", or "our"), founded by Ismael Alexander Ortiz Espinoza.
2. Permitted Use & API Integration
Our services and connected applications (including those interfacing with Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp, Web3Forms, and third-party CRMs) are designed exclusively for legitimate business communication, workflow automation, and operational management. Users agree not to abuse, spam, reverse-engineer, or breach applicable platform terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All software architectures, automation logic, branding, and textual content are the exclusive intellectual property of iFlowki or licensed partners, protected under German and international copyright law.
4. Limitation of Liability
We provide our digital assets and demonstration tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In accordance with statutory German law, liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Consumer dispute resolution procedures are governed by § 36 VSBG.
