User Data Deletion Instructions

How to request full deletion of your Facebook & Instagram interaction data processed by iFlowki
Meta Platform Requirement: In accordance with Meta Platform Terms and GDPR Article 17, this page provides clear, verifiable instructions for users to request the permanent deletion of their data collected through the Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API by iFlowki.

1. Summary of Data Eligible for Deletion

When you interact with our automated conversational workflows on Instagram Direct Messenger or Facebook Messenger, our application processes:

  • Your platform user ID (IGSID or PSID)
  • Your public profile username/handle
  • Inbound message text and inquiries
  • Interaction timestamps

You can request complete purging of all conversational history, log entries, and associated identifiers at any time.

2. How to Request Data Deletion (3 Easy Methods)

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended - 48-Hour Guarantee)

Send an email to our dedicated data privacy desk:

📝 Content: Provide your Instagram or Facebook handle/username.

Response SLA: Within 48 business hours, our technical team will purge all database records and conversation logs containing your user identifier and issue an official Confirmation Code.

Method 2: Direct In-Chat Command
